Need a left and right Channel Balance for a 2009 Hurd Single Hung Window

Thank you for reaching out to us. It's hard to make out what you have from these photos. Can you show us clear and up-close views of the top and bottom fittings along with the clip at the end of the pulley cord? 

Thank you for getting back to me! What you have here is an extended travel channel balance that features a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length of 30-5/8". We can help supply replacements but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. I'll just need to see a photo of the metal clip at the end of the pulley cord. Can you also show me a side angle of the bottom fitting? 

I'm afraid these photos don't tell us anything new. It looks like the hook may have broken off the balance. Would it be possible for us to see an undamaged balance hook? You can use the image below as a reference.
