Need a longer spiral tip

Question

I thought I needed the Series 500 spiral balance, but your spiral doesn't stick out of the tube as far as I need it to.

My old balance reaches about an inch or so farther. Do I need a custom balance?

I ordered on order 1073841, but the lengths I actually need are four 34" and two 20".

Here are the pictures,. So the correct balance is S250 20" and the S550 at 34". Thanks for everything.
