Hello SWISCO experts!
I am hoping to replace my current crank and cover with a lower profile option. The arm operator is stamped Truth EntryGard and 6200. The part connected to the bottom of the window frame is stamped 45273. Would the Truth Folding Handle and Cover Kit (39-107FK) work without replacing any other parts? Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out! If your operators are still in working condition, the 37-107FK should work find as a replacement.
However, if the issue is with the worm gear and spindle on the operator, you will need to replace the entire crank mechanism. If that is the case, I'll need to see a photo of your the entire operator in one photo as well as how the operator connects to the bottom of the window to confirm the correct replacement.
