Overall handle height is 10"
Bolt centers are 3-15/16"
Overall mortise length is 11-3/4"
Center-center of mortise latches is 6-7/8"
Door thickness 1-3/4"

Your handle set resembles our 82-086 or 82-089. If you just want a basic outside pull, see the 82-044, though note it is not the exact same style. Look over the dimensions for these items and compare them to your original hardware to see how they match up.
