The door lock no longer works, house was built in 1984 and it is the original door. Only identifying mark on the door is Guardian which only tempered the glass.
Side screw holes are 4 in apart and inside screw holes a 3 3/4 in apart.

To start with, I think someone put the wrong handle on your door. I believe you should have the 82-035 handle instead. As for the internal mortise latch, you could consider the 82-218, along with a keeper like our 89-020 or 89-021D. Take a look at our videos, as well, they should help you identify the parts you need.
