Need a new operator

Hi, I'm hoping that you guys will have an operator similar to the one I have, or the exact match for my Dual awning operating Casement window. The numbers on the arms (not sure if they're helpful or needed) are 405010 & 30895. The window can be opened but the operator has broke so we haven't been able to fully close the window. I look forward to your response.

Hi, thanks for reaching out to us here at SWISCO. I would begin by looking over the dimensions of our 39-083. Let us know if the dimensions differ from your original hardware.

The part seems to be the same. Would I need to buy the crank handle also or is that included ?

Glad to hear! The handle is sold separately. Check out our 39-114L. This should do the trick, but check it out to be sure you agree.
