Need a new sliding glass door handle

I really can't say based on just these pictures. Without seeing the original hardware, or knowing who made it, I'm not sure where to begin. Could you tell me the distance between the two outer installation holes, center-to-center? If you also happen to know who made your door, that would be a huge help.
