Need a new window balance

Thanks for posting! I've narrowed down your window balance to a few possible replacements, but I'll need just a few more details to confirm the right recommendation. To start, please provide a photo of the bracket in the center of the balance. This is where the spring and the string meet in the middle.
I'll also need to know the stamp from the metal channel. This is what helps to determine the weight range the balances should be able to support. If there is no stamp, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash.

Thanks for the additional photos and for confirming the sash weight. Your balance can be replaced with either the S380-22 with a 1" shoe or the S385-22 with a 1-3/32" shoe. You'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe to confirm which of these is the replacement you need.
You can select the stamp option which can support sashes weighing 15 to 23lbs.
