Need a new window crank for my bedroom window

A quick learner from chicago says:
Hi again,

I would greatly appreciate your help regarding where in Chicago I can buy or from you folks if you have any the following parts:

Window crank itself made by Semco, and the metal mechanism, part ID: Entry Gard Truth, 31538A. No place in Chicago seems to have it including Menards. Thanks very much, Ninus

I think we can help you find this, but I'll need more information. Please open the window as wide as it can go and take a few pictures of the arms that do the opening. They're an important feature of an operator, so we'll need to see them before we can make a recommendation. Thanks!

Hi, Here are some more pics; please let me know if I can provide additional info.

Thanks very much, Ninus

Thank you! This looks like our 39-031 and 39-032, but with the link arm broken off. Check them out and let me know if you agree. It also appears that the bracket that the link arm attaches to has also broken off. See our 39-510 and 39-509.
A quick learner from Chicago says:
Thanks very much for the info, so bottom line, of the four part numbers you've listed which ones should I order? And also can I purchase them from you folks?

Thanks again, Ninus

Well, it depends on what matches. You'll have to carefully compare the specs we show for each part to your own hardware.

You can, indeed, buy our hardware on our site.
