I think it is a Pella window. Double hung window in house built in 2016.

Hello,

Take a look and compare our 26-433 pivot bar to yours. If the hole aligns with the position of the first hole on your old pivot bar, then I believe this should work for you since the extra collar pins are not critical to the window's performance. Take a look and see what you think.
