Need a pair of window balances for a champion window

We can replace your balances, but we will need some info. To start, can you send us some photos of the ends of your balance? How long is the balance? How much does each window sash (top and bottom) weigh? Is this for a tilt-in window, or a non-tilt window? Once we have photos and measurements, we can identify the balance that way.
