I don't know the brand, but a number on the cam part was 14681-3. It looks like the Andersen Clip Lock and Keeper Kit Product Code: 90-137 that you have, but not sure.

Thank you for reaching out to us! I'm not convinced the 90-137 is what you have here. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? I would also like you to write out the backset which is shown in the image below as 11/16". Can you also show us a photo of the keeper removed from the window? I can't promise we will have a suitable replacement but we will try our best.
