Need a part for HG04 2004U
Hello, I think you are looking for a black slider? If so, this kind of piece is not available by itself. You would need to replace the whole hinge with something like our 36-004-10. Check it out and see what you think.
We have a customer with the same cracked black plastic piece. This piece does NOT slide, it is what the casement hinge attaches to (acts almost like a shim). You can see the screws and metal clips in the picture that shows it is stationary.
Do you know where we can purchase the stationary plastic piece?

Hi, Jennier. As mentioned in our response above, that black piece is not sold by itself. You will need an all new hinge like the 36-004-10 that Donna mentioned.
Thank you. I understand. Wanted to be sure that we understood that it doesn't slide.
And I forgot to mention in this inquiry that I am also looking for the Roto hand crank, it broke on the same window. Would you happen to know which crank works with this particular window?

That would depend on a lot of factors. There was a Roto brand operator that we carried at one time, but it (and all its related parts) were discontinued around this time last year. There are no known substitutes.
However, it didn't look like the operator you show in your photos. That looks like a pretty typical Truth brand operator, which uses handles with an 11/32" hole diameter. If that's what you need, then I recommend a handle like our 39-114L or the folding 39-205.
