Need a quote for replacement non-tilt channel springs

I need a quote for two replacement non-tilt channel springs see attached. The marking on the channels is not readable. Although I do not know the series I need the replacements would have the following: Top = 19-005, Bottom = 15-002, Length = 30", Window Weight Range = 16 to 23 lbs.
