Need a replacement

Hello, my name is Amy I am with Imperial Glazing Concepts, Inc.
I attached some photos one of my guys had taken on site for an Anderson Balance. I seen you had some on your website but I was not sure how to go about matching up the correct one. Could you please help me out with this?

If I'm seeing this correctly, you only have one type of balance here: the one marked "11600" and "U3 1227." If so, you should focus on the "1227" in that code. Andersen balances marked 1227 can be replaced by our 24-1231 replacement balance. If you have any balances with different codes than "1227," let me know and I will identify them, as well.

I do see that on my work order its listed that I need a Left Hand & a Right Hand. Would The Code you gave me be compatible for both right & left hand, or is there a different code for each?

Good question! The 24-1231 balance replaces both left- and right-hand balances. It's universal, in that sense.
