Need a replacement Face Frame Socket

Hi, Thanks in advance of your help. Let me number my photos from left to right as 1,2,3, and 4.

The left-most photo (no.1) is the left side of my drawer (when I am facing the drawer). The replacement plastic piece is to be inserted into the space of this mount.

The replacement parts is shown on photos 2-3. It looks like that its dimension is about 1"x0.5" (where the track attached to the left side of the drawer would be inserted into this space) and the overall length of this piece is about 2.7".

The right-most photo (No.4) is the functional right-side of the drawer.

Hi, I just noticed that photos Nos.1 and 4 should have been reversed. What is displayed at the left-most photo is the working matching right-side of the drawer, while the right-most photo above is the left-side, and the needed replacement will be inserted into the space shown. Thanks much.
