Need a replacement Window Channel Balance

Question

My Balance has the following numbers on it.
14 5 perpendicular to the 5 is what looks like BSI or BS1 then VT
Wondering if you can get the part and how much for 2.
I did see a post with the exact balance with someone saying it was special order.

We can supply this balance, but only as a custom order due to its configuration. Before we go any further, can you kindly tell me the exact length of the metal channel? It should be 14-7/8", based on your stamp.
