Need a replacement block and tackle for tilt window

Question

I think the window manufacturer is Arcadia...the side of the metal channel has 24-5 stamped on it...it is a tilt window.

I'm fairly sure we can replace this balance, but I don't know specifically what kind this is. Can you show me a picture of the shoe, clip, or hook at the bottom of the balance?
