Need a replacement crank asssembly

Question

The photos show the casement window (Left hand side,  Milgard 19-22" wide / 59" high).   The crank device needs to be replaced.   The attachment on the assembly that slides along the bottom of the window has worn out, and it pops down out of the track now, and no longer pulls the window closed.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's very difficult to make out the design of the guide in that last photo. It's an essential detail for identifying this operator, as there are a few different iterations that only differ in that one aspect.

For now, see our 39-253RB and 39-253LB. We also sell the 39-520 guide. If the guide at end of the arm is different, though, I need to see it.
