Need a replacement for old sash channel balance 2240

Our old broken sash channel balance is 23 inch long with special attachments at both ends. It is almost the same at your S710-23 model but with different winged channel balance shoe. In your S710-23 fully assembled model, it has 15-003 shoe attached, but our model needs 15-081.

Do you sell the S710-23 model with 19-009 as the top guide while 15-081 as the shoe attachment. How can I make the purchase?

BTW, the stamp number on our channel balance is 2240 BSI.
