Need a replacement for sliding glass door lock and handle

Thanks for posting. See our 82-086. This handle set also has the thumb lever and key lock offset. You should be able to just flip the handle set and use it inverted. Let me know if you have other questions. 

I am afraid nothing exactly what you have, no. If that's the style you prefer, then I am afraid we don't have it. However, if you're okay with something that looks a little different, the 82-086 should work fine. The overall size of the handle set doesn't really matter. What does matter is the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole, as well as the position of the thumb lever. The 82-086, with its 3-15/16" hole spacing, should meet these qualifiers, and should work with your door just fine. Let me know if you have other questions.
