Need a replacement for this Homecraft hinge

Hello, I could use some help in identifying the best replacement for this type of hinge. The plastic pieces keep breaking where the hinge swings. If you don't feel you have a suitable substitute, could you recommend where else I may check? Thank you in advance for your help, Joe

apologies, the mfr. name is Homecrest, not Homecraft. Thought I'd let you know if it should matter.

I'm afraid that we don't have an exact match for this hinge. Could you use something like our 32-343? It's a little different, but it may still work if you drill new holes. Look it over and let me know what you think.
