Need a replacement handle for keyed handle

I am looking for a replacement handle this is keyed and screw holes are 3 15/16"

Hello,

The thumb latch appears to be offset low on the backplate of your handle. If so, you should be able to use our 82-086 keyed handle set as a replacement. Take a look and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
