Need a replacement part I can't identify

This piece sits of the bottom of the window in my kitchen and holds th arms that come out when you crank the window open.

I'm afraid that I don't recognize this part. before I recommend anything for sure, can you show me an undamaged version? Can you also show me the operator it attaches to? That context may help us track down a possible replacement. Lastly, I'd like a photo of the window itself.
