Need a replacement tilt latch

Question

I am project manager on a renovation of a home and one of the vinyl windows has a broken (mortised) tilt latch, I cannot find a brand name anywhere on the window, and I can't find a latch with the dimensions of the broken one: 2-5/8" x 11/16" x 7/16"

Based on your photos and dimensions, I believe you can use our 26-243 and 26-244 latches. Take a look and compare the information on our product pages to an undamaged latch to confirm. Thank you!
