Need a replacement window crank

Question

The part that I just received from eBay is obviously not the correct part.  Can you please help me identify the correct part?  looking at the window from the inside the crank is on the right and from the outside it is on the left so no doubt about it I (at the very least) selected the incorrect side crank.  ?

Looks like you just bought the wrong side. The operator currently installed in your window is a match for our 39-031. The tell-tale clue here is which side the gears are on.
