Need a replacement window latch, SUNAIR Aluminum Corporation

Question

My condo was built in 1988 and one of the black window latches broke off the window. It was the only window that does not have an outside awning or patio cover and tends to get rain directly hitting the glass when it does rain in southern California. The metal looked corroded.

Would you please help me identify what part i need to order to replace it?
