Thanks for reaching out! I'm certain we can provide you with a replacement recommendation for your tilt latches but I cannot guarantee that they wouldn't have the locking feature. I'll need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes, from hole center to hole center.

Please write the dimensions out as it is a bit difficult to confirm accurate dimensions from photos of the measuring tape.
