Greetings from SWISCO. I believe we can help you get your windows back operating in no time. Your coil spring should be located under the balance clip and bushing. See our 15-186 and 15-182 for replacements. With a screwdriver, place it in the center cam of the pivot shoe and turn it up to the horizontal position. Slide the shoe, and spring up to the balance clip. Next, unscrew the balance clip and screw the clip with the bushing over the spring. Then, place the screwdriver back in the pivot shoe cam and bring it down about eight inches and turn the cam towards you to lock it in place. Looking at your pivot shoe now, I see that it is a little worn. To replace it, look at our 15-180. Your coil spring can be substituted with our Series 190. You will need the spring weight number stamped on your current coil to know which coil to order.
