Need a top track and hinge mechanism from Truth for a casement window.

Hello,

I'm looking for a replacement top track/hinge combo for a casement window. I have added pictures, unfortunately the person taking measurements didn't do the best job. But two numbers are visible on the hardware I need next to the Truth logo on the arm I have 307448 and the other arm reads 31133.

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 36-048 2-bar hinge set to see how it compares to the original. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.
