Your casement lock resembles the 38-175, used with the 38-089 keeper. As for the handle and cover, take a look at the 39-114L and 39-107. Make sure to confirm the dimensions below, including the 11/32" diameter opening that attaches to the operator spline, match your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
