Need a window frame hook/shoe for channel balance

A handy person from San Francisco, CA says:
I got a new 30" Series 385 Channel Balance from Swisco, and it did fit my window perfectly. But I figured that I am missing one of the plastic hook/shoe (I don't know proper name) that is screwed into moving window frame and holds the channel balance. I went through all the website and I couldn't find anything that matches the form. There is a picture of one that I have on the right side. I new a new another for left side.

Thanks for your question. These are called top sash guides. Yours resembles our 18-171. Compare our measurements to yours and let us know if this will work.
