Need additional keys

A home owner from Parsippany NJ says:

Hi,

I need 5 additional keys for a lock that I purchased! The key number is 12143 and I was wondering if I could purchase direct as the local locksmiths cannot make me a key that works.

Hey Justin. We carry key blanks that work with the key cylinder in the 82-086 that you purchased; see our 82-322. Unfortunately, we don't make duplicate keys ourselves. I am surprised a locksmith would be unable to do this; with the key blanks we provide, I am confident an able locksmith should be able to furbish duplicates. Let me know what you think.
