Need advice about awning operator

The bracket on my awning window is disconnected from the operating arm.  Is there a part that connects them?  Please advise

Take a look at our 39-083 awning operator and see how the dimensions compare to yours, as well as the video below that shows the latch that locks the operator arms into the 39-170 bracket. Thanks for posting!
