Need advice on replacement pivot and pins

Question

I need help at getting the right size top and bottom pivots, for my bifold doors.
I would also like to get more brackets for the pivots but don't know the right size.
And while I'm at it I'm going to get the glide pins replaced.

It's tough to say. Would you be able to give me your dimensions? Specifically, I need the diameter of the hole in the door through which the pin passes. As for the nylon pivot black with the screw and nut in your first picture, I will need the diameter of the hole for that pin, as well. Finally, for the last picture, please tell me the diameter of the pin and nylon cap.
