Need all parts for 2640

Question

House was built in 1986. Having problems with some of my windows. One channel balance is totally broken. Others are sticky. Maybe need to be lubed? Do you have the parts for my channel balance 2640?

Thanks for writing in. If the balances are breaking down, then they need to be replaced. See either our S380-27 or S835-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2640.
