The glass in these windows measures 43-1/4" x 27-1/4" The arm connecting the operator arm to the window says, "Truth 30905." I would like to replace all the metal and plastic parts on the top and bottom of the window. I have two right and two left windows. Also, are the seals in the window frame easily replaced? If so, I would like to order them also.

Hello, Bill. Sounds like you're looking for new hinges. See our 36-048. This isn't exactly the same as the original, but it should work the same way as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. I'm not sure if you also need the operator, but if you did then I recommend the 39-172.
As for the seal, it should be easy enough to replace. The seal for this kind of window usually just pulls out and pushes back in to reinstall. In order to ID a match, I'll need a clear shot of the end profile. The video below will go into more detail as to exactly what we need.
