Need an order # for a sash balancer

Hello,  I just removed my damaged Andersen sash balancers, and need to order two new ones. The part number on the balancer is E20 9#27 3-85   or   11600-3 . Thanks, Joe

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 24-939 Andersen balance. This is designed to replace balances with the 9#27 stamp.
