The unit size is 32x65 with the upper window 32x27 and the upper 32x39 1/2

Hello!

It sounds like you may be describing a cottage window where the top sash is smaller than the bottom sash. Given the dimensions, you may need the 24-L9-1327 on one side and the 24-R13-927 on the other side. Photos of all the stamps on the balance would allow us to confirm if these are the parts needed for your repair.

The second device had the same numbers as l first described. If those two devices
Are still the correct ones I'm then ready to order.

Thanks for getting back to me, Charles. I believe I see 9#31 stamped on your balance which leads me to recommend our 24-939 instead. This is designed to replace balances with the 9#31 stamp.
