Need another one of these parts. Window balancers? This part is what helps hold my window open and it's broken. I don't know what type of windows I have any suggestions?

There is a possibility you may have the Series 385 channel balance with a bottom balance shoe that measures 1-1/32" in depth. Take a look and let us know if we are correct. If so, you will need to get back to us with the metal length of the balance along with any stampings or markings on your balance.
