Need another pivot bar

A landlord from Pennsylvania says:
I believe this may be a simonton but it is not an exact match to anything I saw. I coul possibly use the simonton and file off the ring at the end of the new one.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Simonton discontinued your pivot bar years ago and made the 26-336 specifically to replace it. That said, I've heard mixed results from customers who have tried it. Some said it works great as-is, while others told me that they did need to make adaptations similar to what you've already suggested.

Either way, it is our best option. I don't think you'll have an easy time finding the old version.

A landlord from Pennsylvania says:
Thank you! I ordered some and will make whatever modifications need. Appreciate your assistance.
