Hi, I need a new arm operator assembly for this window. Can you let me know which one I need? This is an Andersen window.

Thanks for writing in. See our 39-264 to start. Carefully go over all the dimensions, and let me know if you think this might work for you.

Could you give us the measurements of the hole spacing?

The dimensions seem right but the whole locations are different. Would it still work?

Thanks! I can't really make out your precise dimensions from just a tape measure in a photo, but our 39-264 is definitely the best option in our inventory. Regardless of the hole spacing, this is the only version of this operator made anymore. Yours is likely an older model.

So what can we do about that? Well, it depends. If your window was made in the span of time from 1995 to 1998, then you can use our 39-362 adapter plate. This will allow you to install the modern 39-264 on your older window.
