Need assistance in identifying correct replacement parts for 14" channel balance

Thanks for the photos. I'm confident we have the replacement balances needed for your repair. Although, I'd like confirm whether the top attachment has wings or if it is wingless.  It is difficult to make out from the photos.

The 1390 stamp does not cross-reference with the stamps on our balances, so I'll need to know the weight of your window sash to confirm the right one.

Thanks for the additional photos. You'll need either the S351-14 or the S390-14 to replace your balances. To determine which of these is the correct series, you'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe.
