The operator says TRUTH with an arrow on the arm and on the casting. On the arm is the number 30897A. On the casting is the number 45301. I cannot find a manufacturer anywhere on the window. The operator works fine to open the window. However, when I try to reverse the operator to close the window, it comes out in my hand. The window is no longer shut tight. A good breeze will open it.
