Need assistance please with triple pane window balance springs

Question

Hi ,

Th spring on the side of the window is 5/8 inch wide.
The part # is 29Ds59L
The window weighs ~ 59 pounds
The window had two springs on one side and one spring on the other, is that right? It was hard to open and close
Or should there be four springs that are equal?

We appreciate you contacting us! Your balances are a custom, Extend-Travel Channel Balance. I'm happy to provide you with an order link for the replacements but I'll need to see the hook/clip attached to the shoe.

Were the two balances on the one side of the window supporting the same sash? This isn't something unheard of so it could be likely one of them was removed. May I see a photo of how the two balances are installed on the one side?
