Need assistance to identify for replacement

Dual arm, awning crank window part(s) need to be identified. I only see Hurd on the crank and Truth on one of the arms. I uploaded pics. I hope you can identify so I can order a replacement. Please feel free to call me if you need more pictures. Kay

Hey Kay. This looks like the 39-348 Awning Operator to me, but please compare the dimensions to confirm it matches what you have. For a new handle, see the 39-114L sold separately.
