Need assistance to identify the right part to order

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement balances you need. Although, to confirm the exact replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the spring and pulley system from an undamaged balance. This is at the center of the balance where the string and spring meet.

Since the stamp on the balance is a bit hard to read, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash. This will help to determine the stamp option needed for the replacement balances.

Please also confirm the dimensions for the depth (front to back measurement) of the bottom shoe and the length of the metal channel, only the metal.

Thanks for the photos. Although, the only one missing is the one of the center of the balance, where the pulley system (the string) and the spring meet. Are you able to provide this photo?

Thanks for the photo! Your balance is a very specifically made channel balance. That said, this will need to be a custom assembly.
