Need assistance to replace my channel balances

I am almost 100% positive I know which of our Series channel balances to recommend, but just to be on the safe side, could I have you upload two more photos showing the nylon fittings at both ends from a closer view? We'd like to see the detail as these pieces help us determine what to suggest as a replacement. Thank you. 

Thanks for the extra photos. Have a look at our S395-30 channel balance. This comes assembled with a 19-005 balance top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. Look over these nylon fittings to confirm they match up with yours. If everything looks good, then you can go with the 2930 option that holds a sash weight of 16-23 pounds.
