Need assistance with ordering replacement

Question

Can you please assist with determining the replacement part for a Unique c-30 window balance manufactured around 2007 and 17' inches in length. The number that prefaces the c-30 may be 16. it is for a garage single hung window. Attached are photos as i cant determine which shoes or model.

Hello! I recommend our S380-17 channel balance. This appears to be a good match. A stamp of "c-30" is a little peculiar, but "16 c" makes a little more sense. This might correspond to our 1630 option. You may want to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm.
