Need balance

Thanks for posting. I am confident we have a replacement balance that will work for you but I'll need to see an undamaged version of the balance removed from the window. I'll also need to see any attachments on the top and/or bottom of the metal channel or that could be attached to the bottom of the window.

In regard to the tilt latches, I recommend starting with reviewing and comparing our 26-243 (and its opposite 26-244) to an existing tilt latch. If the dimensions are not a match, I'll need to see an undamaged tilt latch.
